This place has definitely changed. I think they changed ownership and ever since then service has been nonexistent. I tend to agree with at least one other reviewer in that they tend to give repair costs that rival a new purchase. I do try to support local but can no longer support local that only values my money but not my patronage.
Absolutely horrible service. While my request was pretty straight forward (tune-up for Toro push mower) I could not get a clear answer as to the cost or timeframe. After 3 weeks and 3 additional visits to check the status, the tune-up was finally completed. Overall impression was that the staff was incompetent. Additionally, I did not see any minority employees.
I had someone throw a party at my house that rented chairs from this company. He rented 15 chairs and was given 10, he had to pay the company $125 For the 5 chairs he did not receive. They have no inventory system and need to rethink the way they do business.

They kept my mower for a month for a simple tune-up and sharpening. Completely unresponsive. I finally bought a filter at Ace Hardware, took my mower back and put it in myself. Okay for rentals, but don't take anything there to be repaired.
