You don't have to tip, in fact you can't because it's in the Targetand that's house rules. Employees are usually pretty quick and I've never seen a line.
At 8:32pm. I walked in to order a Venti Cafe Vanila Bean frappuccino with a mixed extra shot. The girl behind the counter informed me they already cleaned the blender for the evening and could only make hot ones, so we left. I thought they were in the business to make sales not be to lazy to wash a blender!!! Ridiculous.
