Was pleased with my rental. I picked up on a busy Monday but was greeted immediately and didn't have long to wait. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick. After hours return was easy and processed promptly in the morning so I didn't have to wonder if everything was ok.
Great experience with these guys, they got me in and out with no problems. Car was in excellent condition (2016 Dodge Durango), customer service was on point. If I need another car, I will definitely go out of my way to rent one from them.
Ironically, my insurance company wanted to set me up with a different rental company, which couldn't be bothered to answer the phone or call back. When I called Enterprise instead, service was immediate and competent.
I've used rented cars from Enterprise for over 30 years. They're the best and prices are always reasonable. As usual staff were competent and helpful. The car was clean except for something on the passenger side windshield that didn't interfere with driving. I'm sure they would have fixed this if I'd asked, but I wanted to get on my way.
