I just left this car wash. Very well kept and fast. But the difference in exterior washes and the prices seem obsurd. The Ultimate wash doesn’t seem to be any different than the express wash. They are supposed to be was additives and triple foam. But none of that was applied to my wash. It’s possible that the attendant didn’t key in the right was when I went through but it’s kinda crazy to pay $27 for a standard wash. Not sure how they determine whether or not the person in front of me paid a more and maybe got my wash. One plus is the friendly people and the free vacuum use. But too pricey for no noticeable difference in my car wash.
I love coming to this car wash! I’m there at least 2 times a week to keep my little bug clean!! The staff is excellent every time I’m there, it’s clean and well organized! My car wash forever!!
I've been to this car was 4 times. The first two visits, I did the exterior only wash...not bad for $12-$19 dollars (unlimited self vacuuming is a serious plus). However, the last two visits I paid for the Ultimate Full Service wash and it looked like I got exterior only. To be fair, I had a dirty kickball in the front seat which I put in the trunk of the car so of course that left behind a few dirt markings on the dash and side panel.
It's a very nice car wash, I just would just recommend paying for the exterior and doing the interior yourself.
1st time here. Purchased full service car wash. Cargo area not vacuumed. Candy wrapper in door handle. Interior not wiped down. Long wait for full service. Only one line open. Bugs splats still on headlights and front of car. Not impressed. Doubt I will return.
quick, friendly service. they sometimes don't get my windows clean but otherwise I feel I get good service for my money. the membership service at $50/month for unlimited washes is a GREAT deal. unfortunately my window sticker never scans so someone always has to key in my code. a bit annoying but not a deal breaker.
Long story short...the side panels weren't wiped down and neither was any part of the dash or middle console. It was my understanding that that's what you pay for when you purchase Full Service. After paying $37 I shouldn't have to go back and ask for it to be done, or get home and do it myself.
I have a question concerning the winter months! Are you still going to be taking the monthly payments out every month even during winter months with the facility closed?
