I have recently told people how great this store had become
I went to the bowie Walmart thanksgiving day for the Black Friday shopping. I love the way they prepare for the big shopping day they control the lines, had employees handling out the Black Fridays big sale items. No fighting on argument, it was a peaceful shopping experience. I picked up all my sales items and I was in and out in less then an hour.
Spoke too soon
Good location however it is a little small for the amount of people and communities it services so it starts to feel a little cluttered. Some employees could use a little more customer service training too. Otherwise a good location to use.
It’s the holiday season and you would think they would have more than one person working the online pick-up department. Myself and another lady have been waiting more than 20 min for a simple pick-up. This location is small and unorganized. Severn location is a lot better.
Myself and 3 other people have been in the customer service line greater than 10 minuets. It has not moved. At one point the only one at the desk left. Now the only one there is focused on putting something in computer. No idea of customer service at this store.
I came to Bowie Walmart about three or four times and the first time I notice that your cashier name Gemini line was moving very quickly. So I stepped in his lane and watched him the whole time. He had a male customer that was giving him a hard time but he remained customer satisfaction the whole time with that unbelievable smile. You couldn't see nothing but the glow of a angle on his face. So thee other visit he still had the same outstanding service. He takes care of his customers with great feelings of a man who loves his job. Keep up the GREAT work Gemini. U earned all the points!
