The customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. I tried to inquire the kinds of immigration services they offer and lawyer was impatient, rude and spoke to me as though I annoyed her because I didn’t know certain legal protocol that she thought I should know. If you want to be condescended, treated as though you’re insufferable and practically yelled at, then by all means give this place your business on legal matters.
Very unprofessional. Not only did she not return my phone call after my first 2 messages, when we did speak, she appeared to not want to deal with the matter and acted as if I was bothering her. I asked for simple legal help and we scheduled an appointment for 9am the next week. We arrived at her office at 8:45am. We waited there until 11am and she never showed, never gave a phone call to the office and never followed up. Her own secretary could not get in contact with her. She is by far the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. She does not deserve the 1 star but I have no choice.
