Decent furniture store with good prices but selection isn't great
The customer service was excellent! Florence Smith was knowledgeable about the furniture pieces and very patient. If you ever need assistance ask for her.
Phillip was a very nice salesman. He really worked to help us make the best decision for our family. Very informative and knowledgeable of the Haverty's products. We would definitely choose him again... Definitely a winner you have in him!
Deeply disappointed: I purchased a leather chair and very expensive lamp with a delivery date for Saturday. The driver showed up with the chair but not the lamp. Unfortunately, I'm not able to take off from work during the week so I guess I will have to wait another Saturday to get my lamp hopefully. Called my salesperson and she told me she was off. Called the store and was placed on hold. Customer service is investigating.
