I purchased the $8 touch free wash twice in the past month and neither time did it do an undercarriage wash. After the second time I went inside to notify the clerk it wasn't working and he acted like he didn't believe me saying only that they've had no complaints.
Paid 10 for a car wash and the dryer didn't come on. I parked afterwards and went inside to inform the manager. He first tried to tell me if I got soft touch that they didn't dry. Then try to tell me for $10 but it didn't dry. He then asked for my receipt which I showed him. He finally ended up saying that the dryer isn't supposed to draw your car completely. So there I was in the parking lot driving my car with a beach towel I had in my trunk for 15 minutes. Save your money and do it at home. BTW when drying it I noticed the entire back end of my car was still dirty. Wasted $10.00 to wet my car.
I wish this has station had better customer service and a better car wash because it is the closest to me.
Great place clean and friendly environment and it has a subway in the gas station store is a plus i recommend this place to any one
I've also purchased the $10 soft touch wash which did a brief undercarriage wash. The dryer time is only like 45 seconds for this wash which is hardly enough time to dry even half of my small vehicle.
