By far the best place I have gotten my hair cut from. Came in for a simple hair cut and was treated nice by the staff. Front desk was very helpful in arranging my hair cut. Overall, I would come here again for a cut.
Larry is great! I was able to walk in and make an appointment for 30 mins later (because he was working by himself). He was patient, personable and not willing to let me shave my hair - he said we will take it slow and I appreciated that because I was unsure. I have received numerous compliments on my hair; it looked and felt great! I hadn't had a trim in about 3 months so before he cut it, he asked if it was Ok for him to cut 2 - 3 inches off and I agreed. I'm taking my daughter there tonight but Larry isn't working, so we will see how it goes. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the book he gave me (the only one available) to look through appeared dated and I didn't see anything I liked. Otherwise, it's convenient, clean and reasonable.
This location states it is open until 6 on Sunday's with no specification that a final appointment must be arrive before a certain time. I arrived at 5:45pm and the representative failed to serve me even with no customers there. On the brink of false advertising. The rep said, "she was just doing what she was told". Will find another more truthful establishment in the future.
The wait for 2hour was outrageous but the style was nice and the price you can't best
The lady that did my hair had great customer service but she cut off all my hair. That wasn't the style I showed her and it's uneven. I can't even go outside without covering my head. I have no self confidence because of it.
