This is by far the WORST home development store I have every dealt with. When you can don’t expect anyone to answer. I ordered a dishwasher from here IN STORE. To my surprise my order was never delivered however their system shows it as delivered at some random date. I was kept on hold for 20 minutes and was told some one would call me in an hour. THAT IS ALL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Delivery service is unreliable. Paid for washer and haul away of old one, but driver refused to disconnect old machine and reconnect new one. Had to hire a plumber to perform which was unexpected. Now we are sitting with an old machine with a promise of pick up but now past the delivery window. I have to do the leg work to call the store to find out what happen and now waiting on a Saturday for confirmation of a pickup. The worst part is that this is a rental property and my tenants have been totally inconvenienced. Two weeks prior we purchased a refrigerator with a ice maker, it missed delivery dates/times too. But they did disconnect the old and installed the new one hauling away the old one. I don't understand the washer fiasco.
We are super angry right now and will never shop here again.
I hate this store so much! Took 3 weeks and an additional 2 hours to NEVER get a refrigerator I ordered. Piss poor delivery service, bad communication and lack of coordination between the store and delivery service. I would love to know how NO ONE could find a refrigerator. Driver wouldn't answer to give status update and the manager acted as if it wasn't his problem. The only helpful person was a head cashier.
Had the worst experience ever. I was looking for a specific light for a electrical job I'm doing so I was opening lights measuring them putting them back in the box looking like how I saw it before I opened it and an employee wants to tell me I cant do that. If I'm going to be buying 100 of the same light from a place I'm going to make sure I got the light that will make my job look good . So I ended up leaving and going to homedepot and found the light I needed with out getting yelled at for opening boxes.
We have spent nearly 6 months trying to get a door installed. Everytime the installers come it's either the door has been cut wrong, the door wasn't delivered on time (bad coordination on their part), or simply they're just incompetent. save yourself the hassle. It's just a stock door that we need cut a few inches !! how is this a hard task????!?!?!?!?!
I am convinced the good reviews are just current employees trying to skew the reviews because this is plain bs.
