Do not use INSURANCE COMPANY!! They are liars!! When I purchased my car back in April the agent told me it was going to be 119. He also put my mother as the primary driver on the account. MY MOTHER IS NOT UNDER MY INSURANCE AND I DID NOT GIVE THE AGENT MY MOTHER INFORMATION! They forged my mother information so that my insurance can seem cheaper and so I can agree to have them on my insurance!! BEWARE OF THESE CROOCKS
The staff is terrible the answer machine is always answering the phone. No return calls. You actually have to go to the office just to get questions answered.
Calvin was a great help in setting up my auto, home and life insurance, and I've yet to experience a problem with my insurance or any employees. Highly recommend.
I have had Statefarm for almost a decade and this agency is the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. I have called several times to update my payment method through the office manager and have yet to receive a call back. Today I called Statefarm directly and even they could not figure out what was going on. Ever since the old office manager, John, left I have been nothing but disappointed with this agency.
Edit: A few months ago Justin Arnold personally called me and apologized profusely for my experience. He quickly fixed my problems and I have not had a problem since!
