So my roommates and I have always ordered pizza from here and today the pizza was burnt and look like no toppings was on it except when I looked underneath the toppings were there. I NEED MY PIZZA TO NOT BE BURNT
I HAVE HAD THE WORST FOOD EXPERIANCE OF MY LIFE. ON VALENTINES DAY 2017 I ORDERED A HEART SHAPED PIZZA COOKIE CAKE AND WINGS. THEY SAID AN HOUR TO AN HOUR AND A HALF. MY ORDER ARRIVED 2 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES LATER WITH THE INCORRECT PIZZA HARD AND COLD AS CAN BE THE COOKIE CAKE WAS SO HARD IT FEEL APART AND WAS ICE COLD THE WINGS HAD HARDLY ANY SAUCE AND WERE ICE COLD AS WELL. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS EVER AGAIN. MY TOTAL WAS 35.00$ AND ALL I GOT WAS COLD HARD FOOD WITH THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED.

I ordered online and my order was ready when I arrived. I ordered a pizza and wings. The wings were so tiny it was ridiculous. I arrived home and opened the box to eat and was shocked at how tiny the wings are. I won't order the wings again because it is not worth it at all. The sauce is pretty good but the wings are too tiny and I won't order them again.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! I would give them ZERO stars if I could ...I thought papa johns was a good pizza place to order from cause it was good and taste good .. I don’t order Over the phone anymore due to the terrible customer service ! I ordered from here last night a large pepperoni pizza and the cinnamon pull part bread and took them almost an hour to get my food to my location and we were eating and after we finish eating everything was fine ... couple hours go by around 2 am I start having this terrible stomach ache and I’m gagging to vomit , I feel light headed like I’m about to pass out and it went on for hours and I eventually realized I had food poisoning so I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if you don’t wanna get sick !!
