Theatre was very clean. Concession staff were very helpful and nice. Not crowded at all during the day for matinee shows. Nice hidden gem of a theatre in Bowie.
All was fine. Friendly staff. Only complaint is theaters weren't labeled with signs for the movies being shown which was very confusing.
Seats good.Seemed to be cleanish but the sound although pure was 100+ decibels I am sure! No box office staff. Machine worked always lines for food and drink. They were selling drinks too.
This is a typical Regal location, with a decent staff. My only real complaint is that the chairs aren't nearly as good quality as those that are in their other locations I have been to. Those that have been here know what I'm talking about, the arms don't go up and the seats don't lean back. Also the men's bathroom on the left side of the theater have a better setup than the ones on the right side. I think that it's odd that they have different hand drying systems (the left side has the strong air dryer). Also we came here the weekend that the new Star Wars came out and it was practically dead, another surprise but a good one for my nephew and I.
Clean, comfortable, high quality sound and video. Helpful staff. What else can you ask for?
