This is my local post office. Im stuck because I have a PO Box. The customer servive is HORRIBLE. The employees are uninterested. They do the bare minimum and make up excuses to stop helping. They always lose my packages. One pacjae was lost for a year!
The service has always been good when I go to this location and my carrier is great and very personable.
Horrible! They have no answer on phone too long. It has been on hold for 40 mins.
In the past few weeks, I've been at the post office every few days. I have never had a bad experience. Only once did I have to stand in a long line, but that was caused by the sheer volume of people and not the incompetence of the postal workers. I haven't met anyone that isn't very friendly and helpful, including the time that I called in. I also love our mail carrier. He is very friendly, and took the time to introduce himself the day we moved in.
Extremely crowded and under staffed... long lines.
