Will is extremely responsive and knows the Bowie market. He is truly a member of the community - lives, works and serves Bowie. If you are serious about selling your home he is your agent. He works extensively with sellers to prepare their home for market. I actually viewed a couple of his listing when I first started looking and wish I would have purchased right off the bat, but I was new to the community and didn't act quick enough. The listings he had while I was working with him were typically under contract within 2 weeks of being listed. He also works extensively with buyers to educate them on the competitiveness of the market. I was new to the area and it took me several offers to understand what it was going to take to secure a home. He advised, but never applied pressure through my learning curve. Each time he provided comp reports, so that I would know what the area was worth and how to make the best offer to fit my needs.
