I think Capitol Improvements is one of those companies that still cares about having a good name. They acted like it when they were here doing my roof replacement. Always very respectful when speaking to me and hardworking whenever they were on site. They didn’t object to me inspecting the work at different times and I was always happy with the quality of the carpentry I saw.
After reading many reviews for different roofing companies, we decided to take a chance with Capitol Improvements. Best decision we ever made! Austin was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable on our initial phone call. We later met with Pat and he was terrific. Very easy to talk to and gave us a terrific price. They roofers were very punctual, polite and efficient. We are very pleased with our roof and would definitely use this company again.
Could not ask for a better company. From the time you call to schedule a estimate you are treated like family. The owner comes to do the estimate yes the owner of the company. I have talked to Pat and his son the entire time. The workers that come out are very nice also. They do a great job and clean up really great too. Will be using this company again down the road.

You will get an honest, and fair, if not fantastic price to have your roof replaced, and in my case have gutter covers installed. They delivered on everything they promised, on time, and my roof looks terrific! As a matter of fact, some of my neighbors have signed up to have the same exact roof installed.
