Very nice! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Special props to Andy, a store associate. He was very helpful when I came in to ask about pruchasing some new small pets. Will definitely recommend this store to others!
Impossible to make an appointment. Called 6 times and was put on hold. There needs to be a easy way to make appointments.
Well stocked store and friendly staff. Vince the manager is very nice. My only complaint is the grooming department. Many of the staff move with no ergency. I have waited in line for 10 minutes or more before being helped. Sometimes with other people in front of me that have waited even longer. Would give the store 5 start if Grooming wasn’t attached.
I go there to get my puppy shampoo'd and nails trimmed. They are gental as far as know with her. But sometimes there is no one at the register in front if you need to buy something. Today I waited 15 minutes and so did others before someone came up.
Convenient location with well stocked shelves and knowledgeable staff. A huge bonus for ample parking.
