I bank at Suntrust branches around the US (Maryland and Florida mostly) and I can honestly say this is the most helpful and intelligent staff of any branches. The manager, Lisa, really knows her stuff and is so helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about her and this branch.
Very rude staff. They roll their eyes at you the second you walk in the door. The only "friendly" person is their manager who will constantly push extra bank services on you while you are at the teller.
