I have them a picture of how thick I wanted my hair and it came out super skinny! I also wanted it a certi. Way and They kept saying that The girl on the picture had longer hair and etc which wasn't true they didn't see the YouTube video I watched. After that I didn't even want them to fix it, and I just went over to the salon at 4337 to get it fixed smh if a customer isn't happy with the service you should try to fix it not argue that my hair isn't long enough when that wasn't the issue it was about thickness and style. Nice ladies terriable customer service!
