So glad they are back great service.

I just had my car serviced at Chaney Tire & Auto in Bowie - great experience! The price was the lowest out of the quotes from the local vendors, and the service was professional and timely! I was in-and-out in 50 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation!

I went to the BMW dealership who supposedly resealed my leaking tire. Two days later flat as a pancake. Went to another tire service place they told me I needed a new rim! WHAT? NO WAY! Went to Chaney's Tire & Auto Shop and they fixed my tire on the spot for 20$! The best service most honest people! Ladies you want to come here FIRST! :-)

Chaney's repairs are hit or miss... I'm reminded of my last tune-up there everytime I hit the windshield washer button on my Windstar. To get to the distributor they had to remove the cowl vent cover right next to the windshield, and in the process they cut the windshield washer tube... No big deal, you say? The tube runs a serpentine route that takes hours to thread through, and patches never maintain enough pressure to even hit the windshield. It's only a big deal when you're in a snow storm or in heavy, wet dirty traffic and need to see the road. Anyway, Chaney's hosed the tune-up and I had to take the car back half dozen times to get them to resolve all the CHECK ENGINE lights they caused. Each time I went back they made me wait a little bit longer, it seemed... Couple of hours each time, at least... They never made it to repairing the washer line that they cut. Chaney's cordial front office cannot make up for poor practices in the garage.

Had a flat tire that couldn't be repaired so looked up a tire shop on google, saw Chaney had a shop in Bowie that was open so I gave them a call. Spoke to someone and was told to bring the car in. Got it towed to the shop to find that the Bowie location wasn't open. Moral of the story is to have an updated website.
