I wish I could leave no stars but I have to leave one. I ordered online to pick up at the store an iPhone 6s plus for my daughter, which it said it was in stock online and a couple of other items. Came to the store when it still didn't update. Spent 45 minutes of many people giving me the run around before a manager came to me and told me they couldn't find it and if she could find another one. I said fine. Waited for 30 minutes before she came back and asked what carrier it is. I told her unlocked line the one I tried to purchase. Another 20 minutes go past before she comes up and says she has one but it's $200 more. I said fine since the one I originally picked out was a refurbished and was exhausted. I told her I would have to exchange a few things since I'm maxed out. She said no problem. Returned the items And then said she would have to put it all back on my card. I said there will be a hold. She said ok no problem. She tried to reverse but as we all know it didn't work. So then all my money was locked up with nothing to show. I received a receipt for the returned items of the money out back onto my card but when I asked for a return receipt for the cell phone they never produced and proof that I am getting my money back they couldn't provide it because in their exact words "They couldn't sell me the phone, so I will just have to wait for the money to show back up in my account." However now the money has been processed and and official as best buy produced the phone as they reported to my credit card company. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. Don't ever do business with them.

Not sure if there is a greater emphasis on service but my last few visits in both the Bowie and Annapolis store the service has been both great & quick. Good prices & dealing with real people.
Not very easy to get assistance today. The person that we were able to ask for help told us to go ask customer service. We did finally get help and purchased two t.v. sets because the prices were good.
Good Selection of Wireless headphones ranging from a lower price to the highest prices, with several on sale. Passed several employees while looking for the headphones and they didn't speak at all, then stood in the isle for 10+ mins, along with another customer, before any employees approached to see if assistance was needed. As far as product availability, this Best Buy was good, but as far as employee interaction with the customers, I would have to rate it pretty low on the scale in comparison to other electronics stores.
Nicholas Keys and Kiaya are amazing!!!!..Patience and great help are hard to find and they were excptional...even after the store closed!!!
