I had the worst experience here today with the two idiots in the donation center. Customer service at its lowest. The two guys that were working in the donation center both need proper customer service training. If they were my employees they would be fired today. There actions were unacceptable and I would never tolerate those actions with my employees or they would be fired. If they don’t like their jobs maybe they need another line of employment in which you don’t have to deal with customers. It’s not the customers fault that you don’t like what you have to deal with. Go back to school get a degree and find something better. Idiots.
Also I was once accused wrongly by a so called manager that one of the most expensive furniture I came to pick wasn't scanned.....i was so angry that I requested a number to speak with the headquarter manager....your customers are not to be treated as piece of thrash because you see them all coming in to get some used appliances doesn't make them poor and think the best thing is to insult people's personality. They all need to undergo more customers service training as they really lacking behind on that.
Nice stuffs but rude managers mostly, not children friendly, I came over to shop for my kids and I'm not expected to leave them at home by themselves but it appears as a regular customer, whenever my kids approached the goodwill store, there's a particular cashier already knows them and the next thing she does is to get on the announcement phone warning kids. Why......????? Ain't you a parent?
I absolutely LOVE this Goodwill! I was find great stuff. The cashiers are friendly, but a little slow. Great finds nonetheless.
Nice shopping store with great discount prices across the board, I seriously needed to use the wifi but to my dissapointment it was not there within the store. The restrooms are good despite the mens rest room needing a lock to keep away visitors when someone is using it. The parking here is available. Not very crowded area.
My visit wasnt good today I was expecting to go get halg off cuz I received a text from you all and I got there and they telling me it was in Chesapeake but my number is registered in Bowie. I was very disappointed and will not be going back, so don't sent me any more text.
