I love this Giant. The staff is always inviting and ready to assist with your shopping experience! From the front desk to the deli to the register out, thank you for a great job! You are appreciated.
Horrible customer service. All I was looking for was "crystallized lemon" seasoning. All the associate wanted to do was leave and go home for the night and text on her cell phone. I was the only customer in the store. Just show me where he Seasoning is instead of telling me and I'll be on my way... I just gave up after running laps around the store. The crystallized lemon wasn't in the Seasoning isle. They had it because I bought it from the store not too long ago and the manager checked the system and saw it was in stock. It just wasn't in the right place and no one was willing to locate it for me. I just left my cart out of frustration and I'm never going back.
Ps. The customer service at Crofton Giant is AMAZING!!!!!!
This is one of the worst Giants in PG county. The customer service desk usually only has one person working and the entire store is full of rude, slow workers. I hate that this is the store that is closest to my house. Do not shop here.
Fk..this store. So mad!
Pricey- especially bread products that are of the healthier type. The bread I like is just about 4 bucks at other stores and it is almost 7 bucks at giant. They need to lower prices across the board before I ever fill a shopping cart.
I think the Western Union machine should be removed from this store. It is never working!!! I have to pass this Giant (2 miles from my house) and go to the Crofton (7 miles from my house) just to send a Western Union. Please remove the Western union machine and all signage!!
