Big mistake.
Honestly? It's not that hard to keep food refrigerated. You have to be some kind of jerk to passive aggressively ruin someone's holiday by letting food sit out at room temp long enough to spoil, no joke, so resentful of your customers that you'll kill them because you hate your job, or are too lazy or stupid to understand food safety.
The food was sitting out at room temperature when we picked it up.
When we got it home? Spoiled. It's so spoiled, it's fermented. That's not just a few hours worth of sitting out.
Beware. If they did this on Thanksgiving, they do it all the time.
They were running a special for Thanksgiving. We both work very long hours and it's only the two of us, so we decided to try this out.
Good groceries. everything's fresh. And the staff is friendly. Be sure to watch for their terrific sales
We'll be submitting samples to the county. If you ever eat food from this store and get sick, go to the doctor. Your illness can now be traced back to the source via testing.
It's easy to get to, everything in the store is marked appropriately, the staff is very kind, and check-out is a breeze
Customer Service “EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS” in every sense of the word! I looked all over my immediate area seeking “Dry Ice” needed for an outdoor birthday party celebrating my one year old Goddaughter’s birthday. I finally went to Harris Teeter and met the most wonderful young lady I could imagine. She was very professional, friendly and most helpful in assisting me pack the ice-cream in dry ice, which stayed frozen solid in spite of the heat! Thank you Lexi for all your help. You deserve a standing ovation! Even though I do not live in this neighborhood, this Harris Teeter is now my store of choice! It is worth the longer drive to shop where customer service skills are evident, thanks to you Lexi!
I love everything about this store. The people who work here are excellent in every way. I also love the selection of foods. I find lots of different food items here all the time!!!
