I have multiple gym memberships but spend more time at Planet Fitness than anywhere else. The staff is friendly, the gym is kept clean and they are open 24x7. I wish the gym was bigger and had more free weights but those aren’t complaints just suggestions. They provide an excellent workout environment, with doors always open and friendly staff. I highly recommend it to family and friends.
Nice gym and staff! However there is a little confusion with the staff understanding billing and contract end dates. All employees need to be on the same page. I had to call the corporate office to get a better understanding.
The Bowie location is always clean, well stocked with spray and towels, and the staff are genuine. No judgement zone is right! The instructors are great and very attentive to your specific goals. Well worth the money!
The place is nice and clean and the staff is friendly, but the water fountains have room temperature water, which is not good if you're body is hot from an intense workout. I have asked multiple times if they were going to do something about it, but the response is "that's just how the water comes out". Also, they do not have exercise balls or jump ropes, which could be helpful when certain machines are taken. I do like the addition of the 360 gym.
Amazing staff very friendly! The manager Craig is a great team leader, I highly recommend this gym!
