I turned around and made appointment at Progressive Radiology in Greenbelt for halve the price they were about to charge for the same procedure.
I rescheduled, and was turned back rudely by another receptionist for walking in at 4.02pm for a 4.00pm appointment, in spite that I had called ahead to inform them of accident situation on 495, causing very heavy traffic delay. She made no attempt to get up from her seat to talk to anyone, rather just kept her head down, busy with whatever she was doing as if I was disturbing her.
They manage to get you in when you really need it. They treat you like a person when you there, not just a task that needs to be completed. Definitely my first choice for my family.

The wait was very short, only about 20-25 minutes after my appointment time. The nurses and doctors who worked their were very polite and I felt right at home. Would recommend!
The customer service at this Anne Arundel Diagnostic center is the poorest I ever had to face. It happened twice. My first appointment, I was turned back because "Your insurance is not accepted", but I have very good insurance and have never been turned down anywhere. I spoke to my insurance and they called to find out. Happened to be the diagnostic center was waiting for peer-to-peer review from my doctor.
My mother recently went to have a test done and was treated in such a disrespectful manner! Sarah who was the woman who was supposed to be assisting her was very rude and rushed her through the whole process. What ever happened to people in the medical profession be compassionate and caring toward their patients? Unbelievable... shame on you.
