Friendly, knowledgable staff. Great for rehabilitation. Make you feel like you can really do it!
THIS PLACE BLOWS... The physical therapists that work in this place don't seem to care about their clients. They seem to talk and talk and talk with their "well-known" clients, but lacking attention with their newer clientele. This makes me feel out of place. There seems to be some inappropriate conversations that go on up front, which is completely ridiculous and childish. Their equipment is out of date and their beds are disgusting and torn. I wouldn't recommend this place to even an enemy. DONT GO HERE.

As a repeat customer to Excel PT (hey it happens when you get old) and someone who refers absolutely EVERYONE I know in need of PT to Excel, I am really shocked that anyone had a bad experience with them. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. The PT's are constantly increasing their knowledge and expanding to incorporate new ways to help patients by attending training. They greet you when you walk in the door. They get you back working on machines to warm up as quickly as possible. The facilities are exceptional, the open gym area is bright and sunny. The patients can ask for a private room if they are uncomfortable being out in the open. Every table in the gym has a hospital style curtain that can provide complete privacy. The only thing I can think that someone might find "uncomfortable" relating to conversations that one might overhear, may surround the Centers Women's Health Services. There is a private room and the staff is discrete in their conversations so if someone overhears the kinds of Therapy that are available to women they should not be shocked, it's life and a miracle for women who suffer from some conditions that only women have to deal with. Perhaps with age will come maturity for those who take to social media to complain about things they do not understand rather than take their complaints to the owner, someone who could actually do something about any one of that person's complaints. I think perhaps there is something else behind that review. Excel Physical Therapy does not deserve the negative review it received. I am a former and current patient who will continue to recommend Excel to anyone in need of Physical Therapy services.
