Taste better than 5 random guys... generally a 4 star establishment. Not sure what you expected but it's what one should expect from 5guys
If I could post a photo, I would. The burger does not cover the bun anymore. What happened?
Perfect place to stuff yourself with a giant burger that is actually real meat not like other brands of fast food burgers. The fries are spectaculars. They are actually freshly cut and baked every day, that is why they are so good. The shakes they make are also really good but i couldnt get through mine because i was already full. Delicious food, good staff and clean place. Will come back for sure.

Appalled the assistant manager proceeded into the ladies room after hearing a females voice respond very loudly to a knock and males voice. The distance from the door to the sink isn't a huge distance for him to not hear. There we were standing face to face. I hadn't taken a step because that is how close I was to the door which is located right at the sink. Trying to collect names and requesting an ink pen turned into a difficult task for the young lady. It was a hello is anyone home speaking to this assistant manager and the young lady.
I did not get a chance to order anything. Glad I didn't because it would have been a challenge to place an order with someone who can't comprehend nor speak when she is directly addressed but can speak for someone else. Where do they get these people?
