I was at Olive Garden Bowie Town Ctr tonight and decided to stop at one of my favorite restaurants tonight with my wife . When we got there the wait time was 15min that was fine . We waited about twenty min and was escorted to our seats once we were seated we were ignore felt invisible for thirty minutes we watched a whole show on my tablet. I then decided to walk out then i thought i been here almost a hour speakspeak with a manager. I almost gave up on one of my favorite places But with Olivia as the manager tonight she understood how I felt and immediately jump into action. This was the best customer service I've ever seen in a long time I appreciate her patience her humbleness her customer relation skills are amazing I enjoyed every moment of it Thank You So Much Olive Garden for having someone with passion and A Caring Heart .. Olivia I wish you the best and thank you so much

Always slow to get service. Hope and pray you get an attentive server. Food was good.
The place always has an awful smell that eventually you get used to. Servers are nice and provide good service. It has a nice environment and beautiful decoration, but it seems as though their lighting in the day time is no where as nice at night time. This is a good place for family dinners and maybe even a date night. It can get very crowded at times and waiting for a table can take up to an hour, make reservations online before you walk in with a party of 5 or more. Overall the food is always good quality but the variety is unfortunately very little. :)
The food was served hot, the service was/ excellent. Our Server Mikey, get very High marks for Her attentiveness and efficiency.
I wish I would've taken a picture but it was too late. Upon our arrival everything was col. The wait time was reasonable and where we sat was great. We received our bread sticks with a half bowling salad. We questioned the waitress who was nonchalant about it... So our second bowl of salad was full, fresher looking and cold.. and with this bowl she asked if we wanted cheese. So I say this to say that nasty ass waitress served us someone else's unfinished salad!!! That was nasty and unsanitary. We paid for our food and left. No need to complain because we ate the mess because we asked her and she denied it and said that's how they come. When we got our second bowl we became disgusted!!!
