Used to be a nice place. Last two visits the food has taken forever to get to the table. Utensils were dirty both times. The floor is filthy and the decor is beginning to look really beat up. Service has varied greatly. Cold coffee. Probably won’t be back to this location.
The service was good and the food excellent as usual. However upon leaving I had the displeasure of being checked out by a very unpleasant and full of attitude Ms Freida. I paid with my card and wanted to leave my servers tip. I made a mistake and cancelled the amount - you would think I broke the register and there were people behind. She snatched my card, pressed a couple of buttons and tried to reinsert my card. She doesn't leave a very good last impression of this establishment
The wait was extremely long wait they seated many people who came in after us before us. After we were seated we sat for 15 minutes waitress came over and took drink order. Sat another 20 minutes before she took our order. The table that was seated 10 minutes after us had their order taken and food before we had our order taken. Service was terrible. Food was okay not hot when it got to the table. Will not return 2.5 hours to eat a mediocre breakfast. No wonder they are closing resturants down.
Food is better than average. The service is friendly but sometimes very slow. If you use their coupons you can always save quite a bit on your bill.
I feel like I'm at home. They treat me like family and the food is always good.
