Lorraine and Fred are always professional and knowledgeable concerning storage. They treat me with respect and are a pleasure to work with. Lorraine looks out for her tenants and Fred does an outstanding job keeping the grounds and facility clean and neat.
I have used this facility for more than 10 years, renting several spaces over the years. It has always been clean, safe, secure, trouble free. The managers Lorraine and Fred have been there for several years. They’re terrific, friendly, and run a very food business. Having them managing the property is a real benefit. I highly recommend this location.

Lorraine was courteous and professional and Fred was so helpful showing me to my unit and even gave me a quick tip for getting in and out of elevators quickly :-) convenient and easy access to my unit and they provide a safe and clean environment for storing my prized possessions (mostly clothes and shoes lol).
I am a person who believes "all businesses" seeking my patronage should excel in Customer Satisfaction. I found the on duty Manager at this location to be a true professional; informative, efficient, accomodating, great listener, and totally customer oriented! The registration process was quick, shared invaluable information which aided I'm me determining my needs. The facility is spotless, easy entry for unloading and moving items to storage location, great security system and in a great location. Prior to me settling on this location, I visited two other locations, and no others came close to the amenities or management at this location.
