I've had the experience of their ER and internal medicine. We've taken both a dog and a cat to the ER(about 4-5 times). All of the times, I've felt well taken care of. Some of the ER's vet recommendations have been spot on and have improved the life of our pets. I've interacted with three of the ER vets and would gladly take them over my primary vet if they had a practice. The same can be said for internal medicine and my cat's quality of life has definitely improved.
My son DJ was sneezing a lot and started bleeding from his nose. I called to bring him over and right on the phone the lady was so professional. He was cares for very well. I will recommend this place to everyone. I wish human emergency hospitals are as fast and professional at this vet.
Twice now, I have had to race a furry friend to them for urgent care. Twice they have gone above and beyond to care for my pet, inform me of what is going on and all of my options, and provide a chance for me to visit and comfort her in a strange place. An excellent emergency back up for when your regular vet is closed.
I cannot say enough good things about every single staff member I encountered. They were all immensely compassionate, very professional, and helpful to me as a person as well as to my dog. They worked with me on options when the initial plan of care became too costly. They did everything possible to make my entire family feel comfortable.
The most horrific thing happened yesterday (Dec. 22, 2017). When I arrived, I was screaming with a 60-pound dog in my arms. ALL of the staff were immediately in Go Mode! Several of the staff came to comfort me, and it was truly made easier by the employees here. Thank you all, and God Bless You!
