If you love birds, ask when Mango will be there. Is a beautiful cockatoo that visit the store often. You will be able to see her and hold her. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. I'm pretty sure was Kevin the name of the employee who help me. Awesome guy.
The customer service here just gets better and better! The last time we went in there, a gentleman was very kind in helping us find what we needed. This time the same gentleman pointed us in the right direction but at checkout another gentleman was amazing at getting us an additional discount on a product in our cart. It truly makes a difference when I decide where to go because I have a PetCo closer to me in Crofton but it seems worth it to make the drive to Bowie. Keep up the good work guys!! :-)
