Very horrible experience. They could not figure out how to enter my issue into their system, and they had issue with my ID because my name wasn't spelled out enough for them. They refused to treat me even thou i was in the worst pain due to muscle spasms. If you are in pain or have urgent issue. Please look for another PCP because they are the worst.
Tell me If this make sense for your doctor to do. You setup an appoint because your sleep aptna machine is damaged. He looks at it and tells you I will get back with you for an approval to get another machine.. 3 weeks no call from his office. the 4th week, I called and the reception got ride of me and told me something was wrong with the scheduling. They indicated they would get back to me but they never did. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE for any profession especially one that deals with life or death. If a doctor is that busy or that arrogant that they can't return there patience call GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS or refer me to doctor that cares. I don't need your services just like you don't need mine....
