She has the worst wait time.. Double & Triple booking of patients. if you don't mind waiting 3-5 hrs in a tight waiting room. TERRIBLE. The reptionist is the WORST!! ATTITUDE is unbelievable!! Dr. Bolling is an amazing Dr. But her staff is the worst! Time for some Training 101 again!

I saw Kimberly Bolling this past Tuesday for a first time visit. She did her job to completion. She was quick but thorough and I have no complaints.
Dr. Bolling's office seems like a great place to visit besides one of the offices managers attitude and professionalism toward the clients (Teresa). I witnessed a full personal phone conversation she had during my initial intake process as well as her falling asleep at the front desk. She didn't follow HIPPA rules at all. She mentioned other client's information several times in the front office around clients including myself. I witnessed favoritism with some of her staff. They seem to be very unhappy. I was so displeased that I left not having my needs met, vowing never to return or send referrals. Dr. Bolling seemed to be very nice a professional Doctor. I would come back if I could see her with out going through the office manager. I think she would be better office with another manager.
Dr. Bolling actually TALKS to you during your first appointment. Not only that, she remembers things about you at later appointments. Love her!
