His office staff is severely incompetent.

Saw doctor in 2015. His office never sent over the files I needed to a different doctor Solomon had referred me to. This went on for over 3 months, and I'd called to have them send the files. The other doc couldn't see me without the pictures Solomon had taken of my eye.
