He kept me knowledgeable every step of the way. I was worried at first but he made the transfer from my 2013 to a 2017 silky smooth :-) . I conducted a lot of research before I purchased my vehicle, and I visited three other Nissan dealerships as well as other car dealerships. Mr. Hayden was by far above and beyond all other salespersons for his knowledge, customer service, professionalism, and candor. I would not have wanted to buy a vehicle from no one other than Mr. Hayden. He took extensive time, care, and support in ensuring I was fully satisfied in my purchase. In addition, he has remained in touch with me after the purchase for follow-on procedures for the vehicle. I would recommend Mr. Hayden to anyone.
