I have purchased more than 5 cars over the years and this process is always horrible. Most sales representatives drag the entire process out for hours. After going through many dealers this last time my looking ended with the best experience ever, thanks to Stephanie Warrington. She was extremely pleasant and straight forward in actually trying to help. If you need a car I recommend visiting Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie and ask for Stephanie!
The service team was very good & prompt in getting us in, servicing our vehicle, and out of the service area/dealership. As with the first visit, the service provided was excellent.
I went in knowing exactly what I wanted because I had already checked online, called to see if it was still available and was comparing it with an older model of the same vehicle. Having set the appointment up online, I liked that I was given the name of the salesperson to contact when I arrived for my appointment. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The only disappointing part was the additional $995 reconditioning fee. Not totally surprising because it was listed online. But since the retail price was reasonable, we still made the purchase. Everything else was quick and easy.
Do not take your car here for service. You're better off asking a second grader for help because you won't receive it from Hyundai of Bowie. They rip you off and take forever to do service on your vehicle. I needed my brake switch fixed and was told over the phone it was 1. Covered by my warranty and 2. It would take 10 minutes. I arrived at 7am (when they opened) and my car wasn't done until 1pm. AND IT WASN'T COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY. On top of that, the "manager" has no customer service training and is utterly rude to customers. Take my word, DO NOT take your car here.
Great dealership! The whole staff was great especially Marvin. The environment is relaxed and friendly making the buying experience a enjoyable one.
Update (10/7/17): I received my first oil change and multi-point inspection that was supposed to take an hour and did...but they apparently forgot about my car or some other neglect because it took over two hours before I got my keys again. I happened to notice my car sitting in the pickup area and waited about 20 minutes to ask what was going on. When I asked the guy at the desk seemed surprised but unapologetic and it ended up taking another 20 minutes before the paperwork was done. I will not coming back for service...
