These guys make the purchasing a car experience very pleasant. Troy, Monty and Lauren were all amazing folks. They went above and beyond to provide great customer service! Troy has a mellow personality that makes you feel relax and is not like other pushy sales-person. Lauren will make you laugh during the entire process and Monty is very considerate of the customers needs. If I purchase another vehicle in the future I will defiantly go to Ourisman CDJR of Bowie!

Horrible experience at this location, the one star is only because I can't give zero. I went in to purchase a vehicle with pre-approval (check in hand) from my Credit Union. The salesman spent considerable time trying to tell me they could not use my loan, for various (inaccurate) reasons. Then asked me if I would be interested in financing through them. How convenient that I can't use what I already have but can finance through you? It honestly felt as though they were trying to force me to use their financing. The next day I went to my credit union to question them about the information I was given at this dealership (even though I knew it was wrong just wanted to see what they would say) and my credit union assured me that it was 100% false. Too make a long story short I took my business to Land Rover and they sold me a brand new SUV with no problem using the exact same loan I tried to use at this Jeep dealership. I would not recommend going here; due to their lack of knowledge on how the loan process works when not using their financing, or what maybe a scam to try to force people to use their financing. Luckily I went back to my credit union to get correct answers and didn't allow them to force me into a deal I did not want or need. I was unnecessarily stressed and wasted a lot of time, will be sharing my experience here where ever I can to prevent others from wasting their time, honestly do not know how this dealership has a 3.9 rating.
Great location to purchase a car, I must admit the very beginning of the purchase didn't seem promising. My buddy and I waited roughly 10-15 min to actually greeted by a salesmen (Spencer). He brought another salesmen to help us (James). He was an awesome salesmen! Wish him the best of luck in his career!
Monty greeted me as soon as I came in and assigned someone to me immediately. Tyler listened to my needs and brought me exactly what I wanted to see. He did not push anything on more nor force me to look at other things. I appreciate that. Finally Ms. Smith was very nice and did an awesome job in closing out the deal. She was very understanding to my needs and exceeded my expectations of service. I was in The dealership for no more than 2 hours (if that). I will be certainly bringing a friend to this dealership in a few weeks. Hopefully we get to see the individuals I had the pleasure of working with.
