At first the service was good. Once I decided to buy the vehicle service dropped. My sales person wasn't bad until we had to go to the sales manager. While there we asked to have our paperwork and tags transferred to the Rockville location. They said it was no problem and that they'd send the paperwork over Monday. That Monday came and nothing. The sales manager won't call me back, Ive called and left a bunch of messages. When I finally got ahold of him he said he'd send someone up to meet me with the paperwork and tags. That never happened. I've had the care for a couple months and still don't have the tags and can't get ahold of anyone. If I could I would return the car and say scree it. I do not recommend this location.

Keith Cobb was extremely helpful. The service was excellent and done quickly. Great place to bring your car. Very highly recommended!!

I would like to direct this review to Service Mgr. Mr. Joe White regarding the outstanding "customer care and service" rendered by Mr. Steven Page yesterday.

If I could give this place negative stars I would!! My car was towed here after I was hit by a deer. I was told that it would only be a week worth of repairs and that my car would be ready. After a week I spoke to a worker there named Laura, who constantly gave me the run around on when my car would be ready. She told me day after day that my car should be ready but she really had no idea. She also told me that there was an issue with my AC and told me that she knew it was working fine while they were working on my car, but somehow managed to mess it up. It was such a frustrating ordeal. Fast forward 3 and a half weeks later, yes 3 and a half week later, Laura calls and says my car is ready. This was on a Friday. I get my car, drive off and notice the AC still wasn't working and there was a dragging noise on the front right side of my car. I immediately called this place and voiced my concerns. Their response was that there were no technicians there and to come back in on Monday. I come in first thing in Monday morning, and of course Laura was there. I told her the problem, they look at my car and have the audacity to tell me there were new scratches there, insinuating that I caused that noise in front of my car. It was not possible since I called them within ten minutes of getting the car!! If it wasn't for the sweet manager Don, who I talked to and had that issue with the front fixed, I would have flipped and called the cops because these people were trying to scam me out of my money. I would never and I mean NEVER return back to this place, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. Don was the only one there giving me any kind of good service. It really was a shame. Not only is their service slow, but their customer service is the worse, and yes Laura, who works the desk at this location, I am talking about you!! You guys need to seriously do better! ~Sherri

Mr Page immediately greeted me as I entered, located my information and explained that the wait would likely be a few hours. I brought my car for recall service, asked questions and received clear, precise information. Mr. Page assured me that the work would be done correctly and my vehicle was in good hands. When the car was returned to me the work was satisfactorily completed and the car had been washed. I was very impressed with Carlos the mechanic who performed the work and delivered the car back to me. Although I didn't necessarily interact with Carlos, I felt a true kindness about him. I noticed how careful he was with the car, his mannerism and the respect that he demonstrated to me.

I bought my used Nissan Maxima from this dealership. Folks were very nice to deal with, just got to negotiate pricing to your liking and you will be fine! Otherwise no problems!
